I grew up on Long Island in New York State and served as a Command Post Controller with the United States Air Force for over twelve years.
I started in photography back in the mid-eighties when I got my first Kodak 110 camera. My education included the New York Institute of Photography's Professional Photographer Course in 2000 and the Academy of Art University in 2008.
